We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Kanematsu Corporation has made the decision to donate 10 million yen to aid those affected by the disaster and to support the recovery and reconstruction of the areas affected by the earthquake.
We have also begun soliciting donations from directors and employees.
In addition, we approached Ishikawa Prefecture about providing our alkaline batteries as part of our support for the relief efforts, and delivered a total of 4,000 batteries, including 2,000 D batteries and 2,000 C batteries, as requested by the prefecture.
We sincerely hope for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas.
