Kanematsu Corporation(“Kanematsu”) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of 29 companies to be awarded Human Capital Management Excellence 2025 (Silver) among the 160 companies that participated in the Human Capital Management Efforts Survey 2025. Based on examining and evaluating the companies’ human capital-related initiatives in areas such as human resource development and work style reform, and quantitatively analyzing their responses, the survey presented Human Capital Management Efforts Survey 2025 awards to those companies recognized as implementing outstanding human capital management and disclosure initiatives. Kanematsu was selected for the Human Capital Management Excellence 2025(Silver) designation for the second consecutive year.

Aiming to strengthen our human capital toward achieving our Vision “ a solutions provider leading the transformation of efficient and sustainable supply chains,” in 2024, we established the Human Capital Management Committee that aligns our management strategy with human capital strategy. Comprising the Chief Human Resources Officer, who serves as the chair, the President & CEO, the Chief Strategy Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer, the committee functions as a framework for executing human capital management and implements measures aimed at maximizing both organizational and individual capabilities.
