On March 9, 2026, Kanematsu Corporation (hereinafter “Kanematsu”) was recognized as one of the “White 500” under the Large Enterprise Category of the 2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, the program certifies companies that approach employees’ health management from a managerial perspective and strategically implement health and productivity management, recognizing the top 500 companies as the “White 500.”
This marks the sixth consecutive year that we have been certified as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization and the second consecutive year that Kanematsu has been selected for the “White 500.”

Kanematsu has clearly defined its policies and basic approach to health and productivity management, established a dedicated promotion framework, and developed a health and productivity management strategy map along with performance indicators. Based on these initiatives, the Company implements a wide range of measures aimed at maintaining and enhancing the physical and mental well-being of its employees.
