Forage Business

With the increase in the consumption of milk, dairy products, and beef, the global demand for forage is expanding, and a stable supply of forage is becoming increasingly important.
Given such a situation, the Kanematsu Group will achieve a stable supply based on a high handling volume (target: one million tons per year), by providing safe and secure forage from supply sources all over the world through investments in farmland and processing plants in forage -supplying countries, while leveraging our many years of knowledge in the forage business.
In addition, we aim to solve the issues facing our customers and work on innovative changes in the domestic livestock industry, by promoting GX (composting and the securing of renewable energy) to address environmental issues and sustainability, as well as DX that will improve efficiency and save labor at livestock production sites.
